Customer information is used solely in accordance with the general terms and conditions. www.pinza.am does not sell customer information, does not provide to third parties and does not disclose them for commercial purposes; except for cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, as well as those parties who have direct involvement in this agreement, such as banks, accounting companies, legal services, etc.

Use of personal data for marketing purposes

www.pinza.am may use personal data of its customers while providing marketing services and based on that data can provide its customers with leaflets, send emails or paper letters on its behalf, send SMS, make calls, and use other means of communication. To avoid such information, the customer should notify www.pinza.am about their refusal by calling 033-808-808 or by sending an e-mail to info@pinza.am or send a letter by post to 6 N. Adonts str., Yerevan, RA.

Online payments

Immediately after making an online payment, the order is going to a restaurant. Online payment is a subject of return only in the case when the restaurant cannot complete the order. If you have any problems with online payments, you can contact www.pinza.am by sending an email to info@pinza.am or by calling 033-808-808.

Payment refund

In case of mismatch of the online order and the delivery of goods, the company returns the excess amount paid.

Feedback and complaints

www.pinza.am is responsible for the quality and the delivery time of food and undertakes to make best effort to process the delivery at the specified time. Please send your feedback letter to info@pinza.am or call 033-808-808.

Letters and unwanted e-mails (Spam)

If you are a registered customer you will receive regular emails from www.pinza.am. You can unsubscribe from those emails. You can press "Unsubscribe" button which you will find in each received e-mail, after which you will no longer receive e-mails from www.pinza.am. The only e-mail that you will receive from www.pinza.am will be an order confirmation letter. www.pinza.am does not send spam.
